Service not working


I accidentally locked my SIM card by trying to set a SIM PIN on my iPhone. So, visible sent me a new SIM card. I put the new SIM card in, and it doesn't work. I don't have service, and my phone occasionally gives me this message: "iPhone is not activated. Contact your carrier if this problem continues to occur." I contacted visible, and they haven't done anything about it for 3 days. Anyone else have this problem or have a solution to it? Thanks.

I’ve had the same problem for two weeks now. My service was good and all of sudden when my iphone updated its IOS to 15.3. It stopped working, and i haave yet to get it resolved unfortunately.
