I signed up to add a line to my esim slot and keep my original number on my regular sim (with a different carrier). I am now stuck waiting and have tried multiple times for the app to activate the line. It keeps going to the screen "Thanks for your patience" It may take up to 30 minutes to finish getting your esim ready. Not sure why it won't process thru.

Android or iPhone? If Android I read a few posts there is problems with activating eSIM on those devices.
If you have patience you need to contact support via chat. You can contact them through Twitter or Facebook messenger. Two weeks ago I used both to get an issue fixed and it took 5 days to get a response. I had a few more questions and used Twitter, that was 4 days ago and still no response. Sent my questions via FB last night and they responded within 45 minutes but I didn't respond until this morning and actually a rep responded within a few minutes and only a few minutes with each subsequent response.
