On Jan. 30, 2023, before going to sleep, I installed ios 16.3 on my iphone SE. Beginning Jan. 31 and continuing to present, the sound on every call cuts out for 2-3 seconds every 3 minutes or so. Facetime, which does not use visible, has perfect sound. I have been chatting with visible every day and visible support has failed to fix. I reinstalled the e-sim twice. Visible chat refuses to report this as a problem of compatibility with ios 16.3. I can't get any visible support to follow up. They claim to be doing things but keep closing the cases without following up that the problem continues.
