After a week of failing to port my number, I'm done. I made several attempts, with PINs and everything and nothing. Every time I contacted customer service, they said give them another 24 hours. Nothing. Maybe Verizon doesn't want Visible poaching their own customers. Now they are siting on my refund and giving the the 24 hour excuse again. Very shady company! DO NOT PORT FROM VERIZON!!!
Most people reported not great experience for porting from Verizon. Visible please make note of this and make this process efficient.
Porting from Verizon is internal porting. You are not porting out of Verizon network.
Try calling Verizon to help port during the weekdays from Monday-Friday.
