Transfer phone number and purchase new phone

I am trying to add my wife's phone (currently using another carrier) and she wants a new phone. I selected the phone type and clicked "continue" but I either receive a message about an apple watch or I try again and nothing happens when I click continue.

A couple questions to help us troubleshoot the issue: 

  • Which specific phone model are you trying to add for your wife?
  • Are you attempting setup on the Visible website or the app?
  • Can you screenshot the steps you're taking to add the new phone?
  • Does the Apple Watch message appear every time, or only occasionally?
  • When you say "nothing happens," does the page freeze, or does it simply not proceed to the next step?
  • Have you tried this process on a different device or browser?
  • Are you trying to port your wife's number from her current carrier, or get a new number?
  • Do you have an Apple Watch associated with your Visible account?

Just a thought, but it looks like you may be trying to add her phone to your existing account. Visible requires that you establish a new account for each line. Or perhaps I misread...
