Trying to help my friend get service and new phone. We created an account for him, selected a phone and service plane, entered all required info and tried to checkout. Came back with error, problem with paynment. We checked with his bank, there is no problem. So, I tried paying for his stuff with my card. I have been a customer over 2 years and am on auto pay. So no problem with my card. But it still came back with problem with payment. What to do now?
