I tried to port out mintmobile two weeks ago but mintmobile keeps saying incorrect account number while visible says no request recieved. Even "force transfer" from mintmobile does work. I filed FCC complaint and no response. The transfer process is a whole mess and I am paying on both side.

That is very strange. Normally, if you contact your old carrier and let them know that you are transferring numbers, they will help make sure your number is ready to be ported. What has MintMobile said about it?
