Unable to upgrade to new plan

Hi, when I try to upgrade to the new $30 plan with upgraded network, I get "an error occured. Please try again later." I have reinstalled the app, turned off my second SIM, exited the Party Pay group I was in, and talked to chat/level two a couple times. I am trying again today, sent a reference number and screenshot to their Facebook team. Can anyone on here help me please? Thanks in advance for any help. @VisibleMgr
