Unauthorized charge to my Visa Account

NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO RECTIFY AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY VISA ACCOUNT - WITHOUT SUCCESS. I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PHONE, IT WAS RETURNED AND CREDITED.  THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE I AM SPEAKING ABOUT.  BELOW IS PART OF MY ATTEMPTS:
