Unlocked Verizon phone won't work on Visible?

An unlocked Verizon LG V60 phone won't work on Visible? I put my IMEI number into the checker and it told me that the phone isn't compatible. I assume any phone that works with Verizon will work on Visible since they are the same networks. Is that not true?

Not every phone that works on Verizon direct, even though the phone comes from Verizon it doesn't mean it will work with visible, visible uses different servers and it's not the same and I proved it I tried to activate a Verizon phone on visible even visible said it's not compatible so I used a different IMEI when i stuck in the SIM card it didn't work
