Can't update. Stalled during update after I chose phone and plan. Next try the app says I already chose phone/plan and pls contact Customer Care. 45 minute chat and agent has me try other devices, refresh, refresh, refresh, use incognito mode, restart and we still cannot find the phone/plan I chose. Can't move in any direction except maybe cancel service.
Hi @loudenise - Have you tried reinstalling the Visible app and seeing if that fixes the issue with switching to the new service? Also, do you use an eSIM or a physical SIM?
