How do you get an actual person to talk to on Chat, so far all I get is a robot, no matter what keywords I try.

Type agent or live agent that should get the attention of a live person on chat. You can also try Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger, I have good luck with FB. Link to FB in the bottom right corner of this page.
