Did you read through the disclosure? I read through this and if you didn't buy it through or finance it through Affirm(see 2 below) then you are not going to get the credits. From what I have read you should be getting the credits monthly if you were eligible. Only other thing that is mentioned that would disqualify you is if you paid for service on the annual plan and you would not receive any credits. From what I have read you should be getting the credits each month. If not you would have to contact customer service again and hope you get an agent that knows what they are talking about. I did paste the disclosure below if had not seen it already.
