I signed up with Visible Phone and ordered the ZTE R2 phone and used the phone successfully from November 2019 until October 2021. I now want to use Visible Phone service again using my ZTE R2 but it is now “Not Compatible”. Keep getting “We are working on it” emails from Visible. The compatibility list shows ZTE R2 as being compatible.

Have you tried to chat with customer support? If you used this device on the platform before, I am wondering if it is tied up within the system and needs a reset from the visible side?
