Visible does not recognize my Verizon account number.

Visible does not recognize my Verizon account number. So I can't continue. HELP! My account number is 9 digits, a hyphen and then 5 digits. Tried with and without hyphen. Didn't recognize either way.

You need to sign up for a new account. Visible, even though owned by Verizon, is separate from Verizon and your account from Verizon will not work here.

Okay so I have the same problem even after signing up for a new account with visible

Only enter the numbers up to the hyphen. Do not enter the hyphen or any numbers after the hyphen.
