I have spent a month trying to get a new sim card issued. The chat times out before an agent comes on. Logs me out and closes the chat request. I hate this service with a passion. I have lost service everyday since I started with visible. The esim is a joke. The physical sim that arrived a month ago was voided when I created an esim to maintain service. Tried a dozen times to get a new sim issued. Can't utilize the plus plan due to my region not even benefitting from it. Can't downgrade my plan either. All around feel taken advantage of. Feel like a waste of time, money and effort. I hate visible and won't Ever recommend it to anyone ever. You guys are worse than T-Mobile
