Everything that I try to do to activate my voice mail requires a mail box number. I do not have access to that information as far as I know. I am a new customer to Visible and have a new phone. It's a Android Galaxy S21 Samsung. I had VM before the switchover from Verizon / my old phone. After the activation the voice mail disappeared. Again, everything that I try asks for my mail box number. I have tried everything that I can think of. Please help!
