Voicemail setup

I just switched over from AT&T Prepaid and I can't seem to find any instructions on how to set up voicemail. Can someone point me in the right direction? Sometimes, calls I receive go straight to voicemail without my iPhone even ringing. Does anyone else have this problem?

Others experienced the same issue so far no solution maybe apple has to send out a update

I had the same issue. I followed the steps lister here:  https://www.visible.com/help/Help-Center-Voicemail-FAQs and it is fixed
