What is the cost for using the phone in Canada or Europe? Can I use eSIM with iPhone 13?

I would like to purchase an vsble plan.

I have 2 questions:

1. If I am in Canada or Europe, or another international location, how much is cell coverage and how would I access it?

2. We have Apple iPhone 13 and 13Pro. Can we be assigned an eSIM from vsble?

It would be no cost to roam in Canada or Mexico and you would need the $45 Plus plan. For Europe, and other locations, I have read other users suggest switching to Wi-Fi calling before leaving the US. As for cell service outside US, Canada and Mexico you would need a temporary SIM for whatever country you are visiting if you want cell coverage.
