This could be the best wireless service in the world... Though if you can not get support when you need it... it's the worst. Already have Visible as carrier. Tying to get info on buying a phone through Visible. Pre qualified through Affirm. Had been tiring to chat for answers. Have been waiting 45min + starting at 'your number 33' and getting to number 2 or your next and then being dropped. Why isn't there a phone number link or a call back link. When going to page to buy phone, I get to the purchase page and it wants to include (sign me up for new service). Since I can not get through to chat support, how do we get these questions answered?

Go through the chat and ask them to call you. They can call us but we cannot.
