When I had verizon I could send money using the Zelle app with no problem. Since switching to Visible the app no longer works. Fifth Third bank says it is because of my phone service provider and they can't fix it.

Has anyone found a solution to this since it was posted? This also happened to me, and I received a new number (same iphone 12 Pro)

I'm experience the same thing, but I ported from T-Mobile to Visible and I use Zelle through Chase. I guess this has not been resolved.

I just spoke with Zelle support and they advised the Visible network is not supported by Zelle. Additionally, they stated the Total by Verizon is also not supported. Zelle seemed to indicate it was not their issue to resolve. I'm surprised I don't see more forum concerns with this issue as we use Zelle quite a lot and this is something of an issue! I have a support message to Visible on X to see what they have to say.
