can you move your sim to another phone and still have service?

for context to the title i  currently  have 2 phones:

•  tcl 30 le with service through visible payback.
• samsung A52 (5G) with no service.
  
   i have the samsung A52 (5G), which is faster than the phone i am using rn.
  im basically asking if there is a way to still use the faster phone by just moving the visible sim to the 5g phone?
  
  Extra: the tcl is a 4g phone, my samsung is a 5G phone. 
   if i have to, i will buy visible+, if i means i can use the faster phone.

Yes, I've done this on numerous occasions (although not those specific phones) provided the phone is actually compatible.  Specifically there's no need to get a new physical SIM when getting a new phone. It'll either work or not. If it doesn't work just revert back and typically all is good.
