changing bill do date is it possible?

is it possible to change the date your bill is do?  If you turn on auto pay how much earlier does it charge you?

Mine is charged a couple hours before midnight the night before it is due. Only way I know to change billing date would be to suspend account and make payment on the date you want it to be. That would start the new billing cycle since it is prepaid.
