Wow Chat service has sure went to heck. Three days trying and each time over fifty people ahead of me and after forty minutes I had over thirty ahead of me. The last two weeks I have had next to no Data available on phone and when in high speed area where I have been able to get roughly the 5Mb throttle
limit, now best I can do on Hotspot is barely 1Mb. Either they have changed arrangement with Verison or my Sim is bad but cannot contact them to get help. Looking like I will have no choice but drop them and go back to consumer cellular that does have customer service. They could at least set up a way to leave my email address and they contact me or better let me ask for a call back. Darn Shame.

I have never had good luck contacting Visible via chat. I have received the quickest help reaching out via social media. Good luck
