No, it is all done by chat or by messaging them on their social media platforms. They do not have a phone number to contact them.
On chat you need to type agent or live agent and maybe have to do it more than once. Live agents will respond on social media platforms.

No, they have no email address to send a message to. The emails they send you are a no-reply address. Only way to contact them is through chat, or by messaging them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or on their care support page on Reddit.
