I am new - I put the sim in but its not working. After it reboots it says Visible in the upper left corner but I am not getting any service (cant get to internet / app). Is it possible the sim is bad?

Did you have Visible customer service activate your SIM? After you receive it in the mail you have to have Visible support activate it. Then put it into your phone and restart your device.
