You can try order another one if that doesn't work you will need to contact customer service and have another one sent. The delivery from Visible via FedEx does require a signature, they should have left a door tag if no one was home to sign for it. That door tag can be signed and left taped to the door and should be sufficient for them to leave the package. I have read that some drivers don't follow protocol so not sure if complaining to your local FedEx center will do any good but maybe worth a shot.


Sorry. I had this happen to me last month with a new phone I bought from them. FedEx lied about trying to deliver it and then sent it back. I then had to be on customer support chatrooms too many times to get it all sorted. Best of luck!
