I forgot to pay my bill, so at 12am my service was disconnected. When I noticed it was disconnected I went on the app to try to pay, but the buttons I click to pay are all grayed out. So I don’t have service and can’t even pay to turn it back on. Has anyone ran into this issue? Visible support said it is an error on their end but it’s been a day now and I still don’t have an operable phone. Any help or input would be much appreciated.
