pSIM to eSIM issue on same device

Running a Visible pSIM on a compatible phone, Google Pixel 7 pro, I can't switch to an eSIM, even worse both my IMEI slots 1 & 2 are not compatible with Visible, I don't understand?

I can get an eSIM everywhere else with all big 3 carriers but not with Visible, why?

Not sure correct procedure but have you tried removing the pSIM connect to Wi-Fi and see if that changes the status of slot 2 to compatible or if you can complete the process that way. It might not see it as compatible since the slot one is active with pSIM. If all else fails try contacting customer service, they may be able to fix the issue.
