visible app stuck on "get started" page

so i ordered my sim card through safari and not the app and when i tried to download the app after i got my sim card it will not leave the "get started" page even when ive deleted the app and signed out it will not go to the activation page. every time i try to use the chat service like its directing me to it will keep me in line for 30 minutes then log me out and say im unable to log back in and i need to contact care..... so i have no way of getting help because its refreshing the page and logging me out



Where you able to fix the issue?


I have the same problem after the app updated. now stuck in a loop and cannot use the app. This is one the worst support models I have ever experienced, the live agents are no help and defer to the social media team which never responds.
