Hello, I have arrived in the US and am trying to setup Visible phone service with a free trial.
I can login to Visible on my laptop but can't login to the app on my phone using the same information. I need phone service and wish to use Visible for Apple Watch support, but without being able to use the app I will have to use another service that dioesn't support my watch but at least lets me use my phone.

Watch service is not available on the free trial since it is a trial for the base plan, even if you could purchase the base plan it is an extra $10 add for Apple watch service.
As for not being able to download the app on your phone I am not quite sure what the issue could be other than either the iOS software is not up to date that is able to support the app. Not sure if if the phone not being made for the US region if that would have a problem downloading the app.

I don't have a problem downloading the app, but it doesn't accept my login.

Sorry, I misread the issue with the app. If you can sign into your account on a laptop with no issues and not the app then it seems like you are not typing the correct information correctly when using the app.

I had to set up a new login for the app, not the same as for the website.
