I have been testing the visible $30 plan the last week, working super great!! Getting super great upload and download with hotspot. Just read comments about data throttling on a busy network. If I get into a situation where my my data is being throttled, how quickly can I upgrade to the $45 dollar plan? Just a few minutes? thanks!
