I set up my acct without actually adding my phone #. A completely wrong number somehow became associated with my login. I even canceled the acct and waited a month hoping it would forget me and I could start over with the correct number. It did not. When I finally logged back in it asked for $25 to reactivate my acct. that was charged to the CC of whoever owns this wrong number. How can I change it back or is there a secret number to talk to an actual human?

Now I never ported in myself when I joined but from my understanding when you join Visible and are porting in you are assigned a temporary new number, then you port in your number from your current carrier. Make sure not to cancel your service from your previous carrier before your port is complete, the port will do that for you. That number that is on your account is just temporary and is only needed to begin the process of porting in. You should have been charged for the month if you activated that account and not someone else.
