Ordering the iPhone 16a

I’m an existing customer on the $20/month unlimited plan.  I want to order the new iPhone 16a and upgrade to the unlimited plus $$35/month plan so I qualify for the “iPhone 16a on us” plan.  I have no idea how to make it happen.  Has anyone else upgraded to this plan?

The promo for the Visible plus for $35 can't be stacked or combined with the iPhone 16e deal. You have to chose one or the other. This is from the disclosure of the Visible promo "Promo may not be combined with any other service promotion, discounts, monthly device promotions.".

Only way to get either promo is to port out to another carrier/MVNO and port back into Visible on a new account with a new email address.

Also, be aware that the iPhone 16e promo is not like a post paid carrier plan where you get the phone for free upfront, you need to pay in full, or by financing through Affirm, and need to remain on that plan for 24 months to get fully reimbursed. If you change back to the base plan or leave period you forfeit any remaining credits left.

Hi Dean,

Thanks for the response.  It’s nice to communicate with a live person.  I guess my question was in vain anyway since Visible hasn’t offered the “Get the Apple 16e on us “ program yet.  Can you tell me what the “Banked Savings” are all about?   I have $100 so far.  Can I use that money on a new phone?

Under bank savings it should say referral balance, if it does then no that is a monthly credits for service and can't be applied to a phone. If it says something else then I am not sure.

As for phone promo for existing customers they are rare but they have offered some like $100 or $200 off Pixel phones. Might have had one for iPhone's like $100 or $200 gift card. I do remember for sure they had a deal you could trade in any phone for $100 but the list was for some select phones. I was going to trade in a Motorola phone that I bought from last year that would have been 4 years old now and they had the same model on the list but not the smaller storage size I had.

FYI, this forum is a customer based forum, so I hope you were not thinking that you were talking to someone at Visible, I am not an employee, just another customer like you are.

Clarifying Question: ProMotion says, “New members, save up to $600 via monthly service credits. New line required on $45/mo Visible+ plan.”

Will my monthly bill be $45 - $25 =$20.00 = $20 

or $70 - $25 =$45.00 $45?
