I have been trying to sign inot my other Visible account abd I cannot remember my user id. When I select frogot link I am not getting a verfication email. Please help.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your login credentials. The reset password link will only be sent and received if the email that was used is connected to a Visible account. I'd recommend checking your Spam/Junk folder or try entering a different email address.
