I want to change over to Visible on my phone service, but visible has given me a new number. I wish to keep my old number. Can I do that?

Yes, provided you have not canceled your service from your previous carrier. Here is a link to the procedure.

This link isn't working. Could you provide a new one? Is this option even still available?

All browsers don't support hash (#) pointers in their urls equally well.
Instead try https://www.visible.com/help/how-do-i-transfer-port-my-number-to-visible
FWIW, some do, some supposedly do but get it wrong, and some just don't.

One thing to be aware of ... If you owe on a device with your current service, that entire amount will come due.
