MMS not working to Android phones.

I was on the Help Chat with an agent for nearly 2 hours. Help agent assured my messenger would be working. It's not sending MMS to android phones..  I'm so disappointed.  I can send text to androids and apple phones but no mms to androids..  I can send mms to other Apple phones. My phone is an Apple I 11  I so frustrated and disappointed..  Please Help..

has it  fixed today with the release of iOS 18?  I would update to iOS 18 first then try again.  if you find my solution as helpful please mark it as a solution.
