Visible sent email saying I had to upgrade phone and would get $100 Amazon gift card after paying 3 months of phone bills. I was already on their plan but upgraded which I did not want to do. First code received did not work on Amazon. Second code received did not work on Amazon. Now waiting for third code to be received. I've spent more time on chat with this matter than I would have liked. Explanation was they are having trouble with the codes working??? I'm sure I'm not the only one and would think that after issuing two different codes they would have figured out how to make them work.
