Hey @tehonez - great question!

So the Visible store updates it’s inventory every 2 weeks, so we should get the Pixel 5 really soon...

While I don’t have an exact date, the last  time I know it was updated was around the first of February so there’s a good chance we’ll get another one around the first of March.

Just bought a pixel 5 and it is not compatible with visible. Why??????

Visible doesn't play to nicely with Android. Since the upgrade to the new system back in September 2022 anything 2020(in some cases 2021) and older I believe they have cleared as compatible from their system. It is possible that the phone may work but you could have issues with some things not working like, wi-fi calling, visual voicemail and possibly hotspot. 

I know the Pixel 6 does work from what I read on Visible's Reddit page but for how long who knows.

I have a Motorola G Power 2021 that I bought from Visible when I joined then and even they deemed that not compatible although that phone works just fine with no issues. I had bought a new phone to be compliant with the upgrade and it turned out I didn't need it.
