Verizon Note 20 Ultra? not compatible?

Hello, I have a Verizon Note 20 Ultra, and I put in my IMEI number to see if it was compatible with Visible. It said I was not...


Does anybody know why that would be? Especially since Visible uses Verizon's towers?

My guess it is since it is a 'Verizon' phone it is locked to Verizon service only.  Even though Visible is part of Verizon they are different companies.

Thanks for the insight. Not sure, cuz here's the kicker, I put in the IMEI and it apparently works on MintMobile. 

Weird. I wish someone from Visible would let me know!

Interesting, maybe Visible requires a certain chipset or software to run that the other don't.... hopefully the activity on this thread will help get a response from someone more in the know...

I spoke w/ Chat, and lo and behold, when they checked, it WAS compatible!
hahah.


And then I went to check, and it was compatible as well.
