You need a port out PIN not your regular account PIN. You need to get that from you current carrier.

June 2025 see other reply.  Verizon business account do generate a 6-digit port-out, transfer, number now BUT Visible requires using a 4-digit Verizon Account, Security, Pin so call Verizon and ask them to reset your business account security PIN number (you decide the number such as 1234).  Then the Visible App should accept your port-out to them.

I currently am in sam situation I have company account number and the port out PIN but visible website says the port ou pin is no good.

Contact Verizon Porting department.  Ask them to give you your business account 4-digit pin number OR to set a new 4-digit account Pin number.  Visible app needs 4-digit business account number to work Nune 2025

June 2025 porting out of Verizon Business account generates a typical 6-digit number BUT Visible App needs a 4-digit number to complete interface with business account.  I had to call For any problems releasing your number for porting, contact Verizonโ€™s porting department at Sorry phone number must be spelled out eight eight eight eight four four seven zero nine five for assistance ASK for BUSINESS Account port out.  Be sure they flag the wireless number you are porting as Y for yes authorized to port out AND then be sure they SET a new Account Security or Account Pin number.  You can provide any 4 digit number.  I used 1234 and then about 20 minutes later I went to the Visible App and used the 4-digit port out number.  Any of the fields that fail in the Visible App will let you know by turning red (i think).  I had my business account number wrong and then I had a zip code wrong.  read every detail carefully.  Once all that went through, the Visible App continued...again, this was June 2025.  Maybe the Visible app will stop the 4-digit number sync and start using the newer Verizon business app generating 6-digit numbers in the future causing my reply to be ready for removal from here at that time.  I understand Visible operates as a subsidiary, or as a separate company, so they don't get the memo's.  (Smiley Face)
