I've been on chatrooms with visible agents at least 8 times since ordering a new phone and dealing with FedEx never delivering it. Lots of frustrating conversations for what should be a pretty straightforward interaction - though the customer service reps were (mostly) very kind. Big issues for me were emails from visible telling me to "check the app" for info. I ordered new phones on the app and it was said the tracking info was on the app. It's not. In either of my transactions there is no tracking info to find. I also had to cancel a trade in request and was directed to the app. That option was not on there as well. This led me to have to reach out to customer support even more to find simple information. Anyone else notice these small bit annoying issues?
