What is going on with account access via the web?

I have tried to gain access to my account for the last few days and cannot.  I get "Something went wrong" pop up error. Anybody else having issues?

I was using Chrome as a web browser and decided to try Microsoft Edge and bingo it works.  Now able to enable the Spam protection feature.
