Why is my unlocked Samsung S8 Plus not compatible.

I have a Galaxy S8 Plus that was previously on Verizon then moved to Straight Talk. Why is it not compatible with Visible?

How did you find out it was incompatible? Did you try a SIM or did you reply on Visible's IMEI checker? Sometimes the IMEI checker is not correct.

I did request an escalation for your issue.

It's a 6 year old phone so it likely doesn't have the correct firmware to operate on Visible. Certain Android phones even as new as 2020 models, or even 2021 models may have some issues such as not being able to hotspot or visual voicemail not working to name a couple. It's possible it may work but with issues.
