have lost which email and password used. can not get into my account. need to pay the bill

This is a classic conundrum. How to verify that it is the actual phone number owner requesting this.
You may lose your number. Try resetting password to all the possible emails you own. Search your email for visible activation emails to narrow down which email you used to create account.
