I was told to upgrade my visible account because the old plans being suspended. They sent me a new Sim card. It is now installed, but it is not activating. How do I do that?

Hi @turnidge - Are you able to connect to WiFi from your phone? If so, please launch Visible app and then try to log in. Presuming you're able to log in, you should be able to complete the activation. If you are not able to, I would suggest contacting Visible Customer Care and they should be able to assist. If not, please let us know.
