My account says that I need to restart the phone to finish upgrading. I have restarted a couple of times, but the account still says the above. Is this normal? How can I check that I am on the plus plan?
If you are in an area that gets 5G UWB, youโll have the UW icon displayed. Also you can do a speed test to verify you are getting priority speeds. Otherwise you can reprovision your SIM via chat bot. It can take a while for the app to catch up.
