I am new to Visible and would like a new number. I am also going to get a new phone, and I came here because of the free AirPods Pro 2 offer when I buy a new phone. However, it says that I must transfer a number to Visible. I would like a NEW number at Visible, so I am wondering if I can still get the AirPods Pro 2 for free if I get a new number.

Although I received my airpods pro 2 through a promotion, the warranty date hasn't been updated. However, when I attempted to contact Apple to update the bill, they requested the receipt which is not given to me by visible.

I have contacted visible multiple times, they have bad customer service.
