SMS issue after installing iOS 16.4.1(a)

Just installed the latest iOS update this evening. Now I am unable to send or receive SMS messages. I’ve tried turning Airplane mode on and then off after 10minsI've also tried restarting the phone. I have a iPhone 12 Pro. Please advise-
