Alternate contact for Visible support

Does anyone have an alternative method for contacting visible for tech support? I cannot call due to problems on their end. I cannot chat, because the chat sessions time out after hours of waiting with no agents available to assist.

You can direct message using Facebook or Twitter but it's no much better. On twitter, I've been going back and forth with @visiblecare since last Friday. Just now got a response from a message sent at 0400 - a request to verify my email address once again. Back to square one... it took Visible to get me to abandon my pledge never to join Twitter - this will be it's only use form me!

Messenger is no better, I tried them and as you said, took hours for someone responded only to ask me to verify my email addy.


I tried FB Messenger.  Got a reply 24 hours later.
